Aluminum Foil Laminated Kraf

Aluminum Foil Laminated / Backed Kraft or Crepe Paper is used in various varieties by transformer and cable industries.

Features:

Aluminum Foil backed Kraft / Crepe Paper Laminate resistant to high temperature, moisture and oil.

Application:

The main purpose of using this product is to provide magnetic shielding to the components and prevent vibrations when currents are introduced in the transformer.

Available in forms as follows:

  • Aluminum Foil backed Kraft Paper – Perforated / Plain

  • Aluminum Foil backed Crepe Paper

  • Both varieties available in Perforated and Non-Perforated versions.


Features: Made of Electrical Grade Insulation Crepe Kraft Paper, these tubes can withstand 360o bending without collapsing. Direction of creping is transverse. These tubes have extremely good compatibility with liquid di-electrics. The Tube retains maximum oil due to use of Crepe Paper. These tubes can bend under extreme conditions without collapsing. 105oC for EGI Brown and 120oC for EGI TU Green Crepe Tubes.
Class "A" insulation. 

Availability: 

ID. starting from 2 mm. O.D. / Wall Thickness as per specification. 

Standard length is 1000mm / 2000mm. 

Any length up to 2000mm available as per customer specification.

Tolerances: 

I.D. + 0.5mm.  • O.D. + 1.0mm
