Kraft Insulating Paper with Aluminum Bands

Features:

Kraft Insulating Paper with Aluminum Bands is manufactured by adhering bands of aluminium foil to kraft paper with specialized glue so as to withstand oil and moisture inside an oil-cooled transformer. The distance between the aluminium bands is kept at 3 mm.

Application: 

It is used for the manufacture of the shield in layer type winding of transformers.

Availability:

Standard width: 500 mm

Standard Thickness: 200 microns Kraft + 50 mm wide 10 Microns Aluminum Foil.

Any other thickness combination can also be manufactured as per the customer’s requirements.
